The Leonardo Marín-Saavedra Foundation (Leomas Foundation) truly believes in what it does, because its mission is to sponsor the basic needs of latin-american artists between the ages of +18 and 30 (young people of both sexes). For this reason, we work every day to help people like you and many others who need a helping hand to motivate them to develop their talent and skills in a balanced way, creating or expressing art in any of its forms.
BYLAWS AND CONSTITUTION

Chapter 1. NATURE, DOMICILE, DURATION, AND PURPOSE
ARTICLE 1
The Leonardo Marín-Saavedra Foundation (Leomas Foundation) is a private, non-profit institution, in accordance with the civil laws of the Republic of Latin-American countries, and Caribbean Sea with international laws that promote fundamental human rights and defend and practice the rights of children and young people (both sexes). It is administratively, socially, and financially self-sufficient and was created to address human and social problems through trilingual artistic, scientific, technological, and agro-industrial education. It will extend its reach to every corner of Colombia, seeking strategies and tools from proven scientific projects to achieve well-being, sustainable progress, and the full happiness of all. Citizens of the latin-american countries, with respect for the diversity of beliefs, lineage, religion, political affiliation, partisan identity, folklore, idiosyncrasies, and sexual orientation, to establish justice and equity for those who are vulnerable and lack the means to achieve personal development and harmony with life and society. The foundation will be subject to these statutes and regulations, as well as to historical, political, religious, ethnic, anthropological, population, and geographical processes, in accordance with natural and/or circumstantial changes and as stipulated by the Political Constitution of every country with international law on each case related to education.
ARTICLE 2.
The principal domicile of the Leonardo Marín-Saavedra Foundation (Leomas Foundation) will be within the geographical territories of Caribbean Sea and Latin-American countries, and it may open branch offices, other headquarters, and offices within the national geographical and political territories of the America continent. May then open branches in each of the countries that make up the nations American territories that speak a language other than Spanish, in accordance with national, international, and constitutional laws and treaties in each territory where it is established.
ARTICLE 3.
The Leonardo Marín-Saavedra Foundation (Leomas Foundation) will have an indefinite duration, but may be dissolved for reasons stipulated in these Bylaws or when its founders deem its dissolution appropriate once the main purpose of its creation has been fulfilled, or by legal mandate of the national government of the United States and of the country where it is registered consecutively from this date forward.
